day f o u r

No progress, no change.

As my body adapts to this perma-dizziness, and slower motor control, I am slowly learning how to change my daily schedule. I am slowly learning to slow down and reduce the amount of stress in my life. It’s definitely a challenging journey: there are moments where I feel discouraged, moments of discomfort from the numbness and change in proprioception.  But luckily for me, my wonderful family has been so supportive of me and have been very accommodating to my situation.

I am very lucky.

On a happier note, our new puppy has helped to keep my spirits up as he runs (and slides) all around the house. He’s quite the sweetest pup.

xo,
Trish
